I have been skeptical of these microfiber towels for a while but figured I would give this towel wrap a try. I usually air dry in the evenings, after getting the majority of the water out with a towel. I was pleasantly surprised that this towel really did dry my hair much faster than a towel does - so this bad boy is going to come in handy anytime I need to quickly dry my hair without the blow dryer (which I try to avoid like the plague since heat tools are really damaging to your hair!) Hi friends! Who all is excited that fall is here? I am but I almost always tend to get sick in the fall. And my health anxiety has no time for that right now! While I still am taking a bit of a break from posting compared to as often in the past, I wanted to share some good vibes about elderberry. I was feeling a twinge of "the ick" yesterday afternoon. I took some Elderberry and made myself a cup of tea after I was done working and took it easy for the rest of the evening. Today was a bit better and I'm hopeful I have staved off whatever was brewing. While I cannot attest that Elderberry is a "miracle" cure...there have been many studies to show it boosts immunity. Ohiohealth even shared info on the benefits of elderberry in their blog earlier this year (which I was actually kind of pleasantly surprised by.) Hello friends! I have been a bit MIA for a while as it has been a very difficult few weeks. My grandmother had a tough battle these past few months and God called her home. My heart is broken in two, even though I know she is at peace and no longer suffering. For now, my posts may be a bit sporadic as I am still giving myself time to grieve and heal.
