Cat Wall = Cat Win.
I definitely spoil my cats, that’s for sure. They’re pretty much my kids.
Over the past few years, I’ve watched those TV shows where people turn their entire house into a cat paradise. I’m talking tunnels. hidey holes, and cat tracks along the ceiling.
While I am definitely a cat lady, I am not that much of one. So naturally I was a bit surprised when Nick told me that he thought it would be cool if we installed cat furniture in the house. Moreso, on the walls.
He definitely became a #catdad after dating me…
So we hopped online and found one that had a modular design and also had good reviews.
Now I am not going to lie here, it was expensive. But TOTALLY worth it. And that’s coming from a thrifty gal who only splurges every now and then.
Installation was pretty easy and took less than an hour. We did have to do some measuring to how high we wanted it as the boys would need to jump up.
They LOVED it. I mean, talk about feeling as if you’ve done right as a cat mom.
Every now and then Avery goes into modeling mode. In the image below, I imagine he is saying “Ahh, this is the cat life.”
So not only did we get them the modular track but we also but the raceway addition that way our entire wall in our living room was a cat haven.
I was kind of worried that they would grow tired of it and we would be out $400. Cats are finicky creatures and sometimes they are just as happy with a cardboard box as they are with a fancy schmancy toy. That being said, I’m happy to report that the cat wall has been up for just over a year and they still absolutely love it. Total win.
One of the best kitty purchases ever.
